I've got one of those top ones. The leather discs make a really good handle, comfy and grippy. I bought it in a French hypermarket years ago. Badged as a Serpe Italien I seem to remember.

Steam fair was always great for picking up stuff, ive a fiskars bill hook ,axe, . Sandvik brush hook - what ever that is , then the standard pattern bill hook found in a skip.. but ive never had or owned Yorkshire pattern double edged  billhook

Do you mean brush axe, horrible bent metal head with a straight removable blade that never hits at a sweet spot and rattles when you hit a branch?

I think you are right but it is very rusty and the makers name may not survive  cleaning.

I am most taken by the one in the last picture of your original post, what is the maker and style?

I  have one laminated billhook, Stamforth Severquick, which only shows up because it has been hammered on the back of the blade.

Nope a brush hook, almost like a two handed bill hook , not like a hacksaw mounted onto a shaft !

Not learned how to put photos up on here yet

At the bottom of the reply box it says choose files (underlined) press that a box will come up with three choices, the first is ‘photo library’ choose that and the rest is intuitive.

On the how do I know about billhook patterns/ styles - i used to do green wood work as a child ,then forestry then into arboriculture as a very young teen.ive numerous books on green woodwork, numerous catalogues, from sandvick, Windsor, bulldog, old stanton hope ,jafco etc ... then the is numerous people ive met along the way, from old foresters , through to tool merchants  etc .

I learned quickly when I was younger
