I'm very happy that you've been and seen your doctor. 

Things we get better  When you're stuck in a hole you can feel helpless. And that's not a good feeling. It sounds like you have stopped digging yourself.in, do now it's time to dig yourself out.

 

Valium is a brilliant mood stabiliser.

Consider trying a sun lamp if a weeks package holiday in 'Costa Benadryl' isn't your thing.

It's not a cure all of course but might make an incremental difference.

I recommend a film on Netflix ' A man called Otto'

It's a feel good movie, I find watching that genre helps me.
