I've seen a similar clip where they were digging up the road in high vis and Nike trainers

I do work for SGN, on one of there sites in Fife on approaching the site via a disused Energy Park, there were our travelling friend digging up the access road to nick the power cables. They had the lot hi vis, road saws diggers etc, they did a far better job of cutting trenches than the council. They did fry a lad though by cutting a live mains, so some room for improvement.
