looks like the door is closed.. there should only be a plastic button where your mouth is, so had the button got stuck in? probably not cos a clever person would use a good stick or tool, shouldnt be lock de-icing cos its not locked, leaving only licking the shmite off the bottom of the handle?

I've had to do it every day for quite a while now

 

been keeping a plumbers blow torch by the back door for the last few months for the locks, yard and work shop gate nice and quick but watch the paint work!

use graphite powder on yr locks, stops em freezin so much..

When it's really icy the bloody button sticks in, so unless you get it back out you have to drive off holding the door shut
