Afternoon,

 

Please be aware of these companies. -

Keriden Ltd

 

Trans Global Timbers Ltd

 

The Directors of these companies ( Hugh Alcorn & Lorraine Alcorn ) have ripped off several UK and Polish Businesses for £1000's.

 

They will claim to get on a waiting list for firewood from Namibia, Slovakia or the Czech Republic you pay them 50% upfront which in my case the firewood never materialised and I was forced to take it through the Czech Courts, I won the case but by the time the bailiff went to his premises he had done a midnight flit leaving debts behind him and unpaid rent.

 

DM me if you require any information or have also been ripped off by them.

The clue is in the name.  But buying British produced firewood from a reputable source will obviously cost more but you're less likely (no pun intended) have your fingers burnt.

Vague recollection from previous comments are they are a registered company in the UK with overseas facilities, the international element makes it tricky to bring them to account.

 Always try to by British were ever possible, wasn't purchasing firewood it was other timber products.
