The AA released a recall notice about this saw on 2nd August, not sure if it was posted on here.

Yep. Every single one I've sold has been recalled. Not that many as stihl haven't had the stock for supply. Still a good few on order which this has delayed. It's a pretty quick job to do to be honest. Anyone who owns one should of been contacted by the dealership they bought it off in writing. That's if they are following the protocol given by stihl.
