Crane/Grapple Saw in the East Midlands

Our crane operator has retired which is a shame as he was very good value and knew what he was doing.

Looking for recommendations for decent companies that cover the East Midlands. 

 

I guess grapple saws are taking much of the work that was done once with a crane and climber which makes sense. We have used Wallace Timber Services in the past on a multiple day job and they were great, but they are miles away. which obviously adds to the cost especially if it is just a day or two job.

 

Are there any competent midlands based companies that have decent grapple saw set ups to deal with 20m trees. Or are they all still down south?

I sub to this chap, he’s Shropshire based so not too far away and the Merlo with the grapple head is pretty incredible
