Yes you still use a standard file and depth gauge

I thought Stihl had a kind of combi file thing that did both together . I may be mistaken .

They do, I don’t rate it myself, good for a quick rub up in the woods but never seen anyone do a proper job with one.
Gullets never great and depth gauges always a bit low.
