...and untrained occasional users. That is why most if not all chaps in the UK are all round protection as it's the hobbyist they are mainly designed for. Even I use type C on the ground when I an testing customers chainsaws. You can't have enough protection with those things IMO.

Better also be class 2 or 3 then? 

 

 

Class 1 wont stop  say a ms261 well im guessing......

 

Class 2 or 3 might do abit better.....

 

Also  replaced every 30 washes according to SIP as washing & dirt supposedly knackers the fibres so second hand ones aren't ideal either.
