Husqvarna 357xp leak on decompression button (hose, lower) but part not available any longer

A mistake IMHO . Crimp it off and fit a standard de comp . You won't get a torn pipe again but ho hum .

As I understand it he is going for the standard decompression valve , part numbers suggested by @adw. Adw also suggested rubber boot and clip part numbers to seal the pipe but had said earlier to screw a self tapper and sealant to do the job, KISS, which is what I would do . In fact being tight I would probably blank off the valve hole and do without, I seldom use the decompression button on saws less then 80cc.

Ah , sorry , my mistake I ( wrongly ) thought he was going to reinstate the auto de comp set up . DHO ! 🙂
