Not seeking conflict at all.

 

I was kinda agreeing with you.  I don’t believe someone uses that amount in a day for yard work.  Therefore it is an error in the watches part based on BMI, HR and steps.  It was highlighted that it will give a high number of steps based on hand movement.  So by that I read that most of the other estimations are slightly dubious.

 

That’s all I will say on the matter.

Me neither, I was just trying to lighten the mood. :) 

 

I can imagine using powered equipment will vastly increase the perceived 'hand movements' due to the vibration levels. 

 

Regardless of what actual calories I burn Im fortunate enough I can eat like a horse and drink like a fish and at 44 years old still maintain the physique I had at 18. If fact I still wear a lot of clothes I bought in my early 20's. :D
