Vodaphone Signal Problems

I may be incredibly synical but... Vodaphone have recently launched a guarenteed signal service which runs on your broadband, so you get signal at home, at a cost of course.

We have no need of such a service since we have signal here, or had, it went last week and hasn't returned. A friend in manchester is having the same problem. Are these things connected? Could they stoop that low?

Anyone else having probs? Our signal was never strong, just 2-3 bars.
