Saw a 361 being made from start to finish on the assembly line, do any of you guys know why when you buy a new saw there is a white mark on the exhaust?

 

Something to do with when the run the saw a sticker or something on the exhaust melts so they know its been ran up to temperature?

Its a wax mark to show the next guy down the line that the machine has been tested and run (it won't melt on a cold exhaust). They run and test every machine off the line, its amazing to watch a machine start by the recoil test run and tune a machine.
