Fixing hole in fairing

Fibreglass would work, or if you still have the broken piece you could try using a decent soldering iron and melting it back together. Melting thin rods to tie the two together and black cable ties as a filler. Have done similar with good results. Will your mate be happy with a repair though. I new fairing would be better if the rest is in good nick.

A flat piece of plastic sheet ( ABS or similar ) glued to the inside so that it overlaps the hole then lay the piece that was knocked out onto that and glue that in place . Fill any gaps and prime then paint . Or a quick fix wide gorilla tape .

The covers full of holes mate! Mine is the last in a long line 😂 will try the above 👍

If you've got the broken piece then this UV cure plastic glue Is probably the neatest option, since I found it I've used it many times👍
