I know but just because you don't agree with someone is it right that make it very personal, some of those things said to me have been most shocking

Then start a post about how you are feeling, I’ve suffered with the black dog and bowled it out here and people have responded positively. It’s a bad time of year if you are feeling down but folk here will try to help out. Being argumentative won’t get you anywhere when you are down.
