Excellent customer service

I had heard from a friend how impressed he was with Gusharts customer service when he had a Pfanner warranty issue. Based on that I bought from them and when I too had a minor warranty claim they were brilliant. It’s refreshing to receive such good after sales service and I will be buying more from them in future as a result. I thought I would post as I have heard stories of poor after sales service from other retailers.

When I first started in the industry I bought my first climbing kit from them cos I then worked in Geordieland, still have the old Buckingham harness hung in shed thinking it might be useful one day🙄.  Found them to be be a good old fashioned honest company and they still are.

Met the owners at the APF, grand bloke's. Seems like they run a tight ship
