Harness that's kind to your crotch

I'm a big lump and have been using a Weaver for 11 years now. can't imagine that there is anything out there to beat it for comfort.......but I've never tried....why would I?

Im also a big lump and the Skylotec is the most comfortable harness ive used, I dont climb too much so ive not tried loads of harness' but out of what i have tried it was the best, Head and shoulders above my own butterfly and i think thats great!!

as long as their are leg loops your knackers will get a squeeze here and there i reckon, i had an old seat harness for 10 years and never once got sore veg, i have the sequoia now, lovely and light but the crown jewels to get a bit of a hard time.

 

I don't think I've ever seen so many euphemisms for goolies squeezed into one sentence before. That was awesome.

 

The "sore veg" one was particularly fine.

I think tree motion / petzl etc are designed for small nimble dudes. \

 

If yopu are over 13 stone i would suggest going for skylotec or something similar.

 

also the hanging 066 from tree motion is shite! it almost pulls the harness of ya.

well this thread has shed some light on my situation, i been having a few pains with my little "matthews" over the last month and it occurs alot whilst in my harness! problem is 3 nights a week i hit the indoor walls too so not sure wether its down too alot of harness abuse....at least now i no im not alone

Hi, i currently use a komet dragonfly and find it very comfy after trying a few different ones, never really rips me to bits unless you get in a really awkward position but then i think any harness would. I`d appreciate anyone elses feedback on the dragonfly.

Im 6'4" bfg and find the skylotec v.good. New models out so dont know what they will be like. I think one is a sport (softer) and the other bigger back and solid leg pads like the original.

(still not plumb proof I bet)

Antec abies is amazing!!! its got rigid leg loops and as long as there tight they dont move or cut your circulation. keeps your old chaps in full working order!!!!
