Did you ever get them bolts out mate? if not you would be better taking it to a mechanic or engineer. I had a similar problem and got them out with stud extractors and a lot of swearing. hope you get sorted.

small pipe wrench.

Sometimes the "loosening side" of bolt head/ allen key hole are too worn to break it free, but the "tightening side" is not as badly worn. Sometimes you can tighten the bolt a bit, breaking it free, then loosen, if you can get enough grip.

good thread reminded me, gave me the will power to give a bolt on my motorbike another go and got it out after alot of hammering and oiling can finally put the body panel back that goes there.:thumbup:

If the flywheel is the same as my entec 25PH then the bolts go through the blade into the threaded part in the flywheel, so no nuts involved. A good tip i learnt on the farm was to heat a nut/bolt up, then immediately put cold water on it, it will expand and contract the bolt quickly and sort of "crack" the grip that the bolt has, making it easier to remove. Stud extractors are great but i dont think you'd get access with a drill etc (you wouldnt on mine, without thaking the hydraulic motors off etc)

I think welding something onto the bolt would be your best bet, or take it to an engineer that has the correct tools. Good luck mate

Its only 15-20 minutes to take the whole hopper, roller housing and cover off to get good access :thumbup1:

If you haven't access to oxy acetelyene or a welder (my first choice of tools), soak bolts in wd40 or diesel then give each bolt a few good taps with a hammer on the head. Use a hammer and sharp chisel on the edge of the bolt head to drive the bolt round, once moving you may be able to use grips etc.
