Bit of progress today. Was just roughed out yesterday so spend the day with the woodrasp cleaning and squaring all the cuts up.

Bit of detailing with the Die Grinder and tootsie roll sanding cones.

Ended up on my 3rd cross bar till I was happy with the design.
