With reference to balance Joe, all you need to do after you have fitted them is a "static balance". It should be very close to being in balance anyway.

Remove all the drive belts so you can spin the rotor freely. Mark a position on the rotor at say 12 o'clock. Then let the rotor go and see if the rotor starts to slowly revolve. if it doesn't move, turning the rotor to 3 o'clock and do the same, then 9 o'clock. Basically you seeing if there is a heavy spot. The heavy spot will sink to six oclock so sand or going a bit off at that point till the rotor stays still in all positions.

One important thin is clean the mating surfaces behind the fins to ensure a good fit so crud can't collect behind.
