An epic day In Epping to start, then Hatfield forest, if you have never been, you have been missing out!

 

We (in the U.K) live in a land so full of these ancients and veterans that it is a great crime to ignore them, (but so easy to take them for granted) their lives and their value, they have so much to teach us. A battle scarred warrior will have more to tell you than a fine youthful specimen ever will, if you want to learn about trees go and chat to some ancients, they are true wonders of the natural world and deserve our time, admiration and appreciation.
