Chainsaw boots advice for new groundie

Hi all

I'm new to the business and need to get a decent pair of boots for ground work I won't be climbing for a while yet.

I was looking at the treehog tr11 tr12 and lavaro est4

Don't really want to be spending £200+ just yet but they need to be waterproof and comfy enough to wear all day

Any recommendations or advice is much appreciated

Thanks

Just remember you need 2 things in life:

1 comfortable boots

2 a comfortable bed

If your not in one your in the other.
spending good money on good boots is worth it.

Arbortec aquafell/hydro fell are some good ground boots but I don’t like there climbing offerings tho. It’s all down to personal preference, if you can get into a arb shop and try some on.

I'm on my second pair of stein kreigers.

Comfortable. Very stable, wear well and breathable.

I'd spend the little extra on a better boot. Your body will thank you.

That's not to say they'll fit your feet. I've noticed that over time. A brand or model some people swear by could be seen as a torture device by another. You're gonna have to try a couple and see methinks.
