Does anyone follow any sort of healthy eating regime? I do try to but always find i cant get enough energy in the day. I'll find i eat till im too bloated to climb to get enough energy and always end up going back to mars bars and the like.

Usually, I have lucozade (fizzy), 2l of water, some green and blacks chocolate (usually maya gold) sunflower seeds or monkey nuts, banana, orange or mango, a bar of crunchy granola (official snackbar of the PGA tour) and sandwich/wholegrain pasta salad/wild rice salad (which I make at home). And a bag o' crisps. And the odd pastie.

See food eat food, thats why im a fat b

Dont believe in all expensive energy drink bull. Buy glucose powder in Morrisons (cheap) and stick about 4 table spoons in a sports flask of orange or blackcurrent juice. A bit sweet but does the trick:D

What sort of tree men are you, no pints on the table?

Love my pints after a big day.

Love my tea in the morning too for that matter.

During the day iced tea with lemon.
