Mini sawmill/work shop use

New thread and please please (trigger) leave it out or post half decent feedback on a machine not the person 

 

1) Good friend has converted a chapel opposite my yard/workshop

2) Retired so looking for a woodwork shop of his own (budget 5k) all in 

3) He comes over my place 2 times a week and we share a cuppa and family chat as you do

4) Loves my lad Tommy and seems to have a gift with each other (chickens (eggs) ducks)  

 

He wants a mini sawmill of his own and asked me to put together a few things and a day trip out for the gang of 3 

 

Had an email of a mate this evening of a mate out in germany  (Big seller out there)

This one? it looks decent enough, the saw guides are a bit Axminster, but for pottering about I'm sure it's a useful little lump.
 

2.2kw or 3hp motor isn't going to set the world on fire either, but probably balances up with the rest of it.
