Hi - I am interested in becoming an arborist as a potential career change.

Would anybody in the Edinburgh area be willing to let me tag along some day to get a taste of the job and learn more?

I'd be happy to put in some free labour in return!

Cheers,

Harry

Hi harry stubby has been known to sugar coat things so what he is trying to say.The arb industry is a tough business to be in and you will need the mental strength of superman to make it kiddo. If you do get the chance of a job keep your head down-good time keeping-show willing and keep off your phone (unless watching porn) and you will be fine (good luck) ?

The tag along free labourer is commendable and will go a long way with the owner, climber driver sized outfits.

On time, 90% good guy, not on phone, 5% more, eating with mouth open and talking shite about fitba and fighting, -200%.

Good luck.

TomD on here would be worth a PM
