Hi,

Just been on to a chap about some firewood, he's got a Nissan Navara, he reckons a level load is about a cube.

Is that about right?

Unless i got my maths wrong , my hilux (single cab) works out at 1.2 cubic metre

near half a cube ,whats he charging ??

Fifty quid for 'mostly ash.'

Been looking at the spec of the Navara, the load area is 2.36 metres on a double cab. Height would have to be over 16" to get close to a cube.

Doesn't sound like a great deal, does it?

Plus that doesn't include the wheel arches I think

If its only half a cube then 50 quid for ash is ok, if its anything over half a cube then bargain and if it really is a cube then a very good deal IMO.

I can confirm a level load in a navara double cab is a cube. I measured mine as often there is only enough room for my truck on some peoples driveway.
