I tried two and didn,t like either,had a 390 that went back and forth to dealer with problems and in the end blowed its guts,and a smaall one that was just gutless so wont bother again

Depends what your doing with it he uses his for hedglaying so it’s fine for that but doing a lot of cross cutting and tree work in general I couldn’t say I’ve heard mostly good things but there’s 3 husky dealers near me so I went with them over any other make and other machines I’ve bought have also been husky including w sit on mower and they’ve all been fine.

Its hedgelaying that mine was used for aswell,still crap though,but thats my experience of them,wont be having another

Well went for the Echo in the end as dealer got back to me. Stuck a sugi 13'' on it and been using it for the past month and have to say that I'm well impressed, using it for coppicing and a bit of hedgelaying. Decided to run this one on Aspen - certainly a lot more pleasurable experience than smoky old 2 stroke, but bleddy hell it's certainly not a cheap option ? Does any one cutting commercially run on Aspen? If so, how do they make it financially viable? ?
