That's what is on my bench atm, a 4hp Johnson, cleaned the points and put new plugs in and it fires up fine, just got to see why the water pump isn't circulating.

 

Bigger job is deciding how to repair the floor of the inflatable, the internal joint between 3 of the ribs have sprung apart.

 I’m sure someone there will tell you it’s dangerous and you need to skip the lot ?

Managed to strip It down totally to the bare deck and make a start on the repair, first couple of layers of glass and resin cured, used a surprising amount of matting already so may need some more ? but see how it looks once I have finished The pack I bought.

Bit more progress, getting closer to reassembly.... cheap filler isn’t a good idea ? 

 

Glad I started small I nearly bought a boat.....
