Sage Invoicing - free software

Sage Invoicing

 

was emailed a link to this today, its a free bit of software from Sage to manage invoicing, as i keep forgetting to send out regular monthly invoices for general maintenance contracts, I am going to give it a go. Does anyone else on here use it? what are your thoughts on it? (i currently use excel for my invoicinｇ ）

We use Sage 200 as our company accounts system. I haven't used the Sage Invoicing program you mention, but in general I find Sage very straight forward to use. I'd imagine you'll find it a huge benefit just having all your customer details, invoices and payments under the one umbrella. Also, having the facility to alert you to when payments are due in, will be ideal for helping with cash flow and chasing up outstanding debt. Good luck with it

In a previous life we used sage accounting and payrole products. Easy to use and the revenue and VAT people liked them to.

 

Which made our life a lot easier.

 

Now adays I'm getting my head around French tax and payrole, its just more confusing and in a foriegn language.

I got a bit of software for the iPhone called Get Paid, cost £0.59, and I can invoice from site. Very handy.
