there are many root causes and most of them would be very very hard to deal with. the media: making everyone scared to stand up to the kids so they end up getting away with everything. e.g north west tonight headlines blarring on about people that get kicked to death for telling kids to stop sitting on their fence. parents who couldnt care less what their kids are up to, not even teaching them right from wrong. pathetic justice system. urban youth culture on the whole basically, bad kids corrupting the good, theres places round here where they feel they have to act that way or theyll be alienated as a 'faggot'.

Bad kids generally come from bad parents,mabe we should chip them first and see what happens to society.
