Banks panicking?

It’s not the end of the world, but I have a bunch of cards and I regularly transfer balances over to make use of the 0% rate offers. Plus it’s nice to know it’s there for emergencies. Particularly with what we all know is ahead. The fact that the banks are being this cautious is worrying

Could be the north south devide

There are a few benefits to using a credit card.

There is usually enhanced protection for purchases made on a credit card and using a credit card and then paying it off each month enhances your credit rating (and it is surprising what companies look at your credit rating being agreeing to deal with you).
