Shame they aren't vented otherwise I would be ordering some

I just got a price from bag supplies for vented and were £3.70 + vat & delivery for 50 plus

If your only delivering in barrow bags wouldnt worry to much about vents. think im gonna purchase some of these off ebay and try them. Sake of £26 might as well try another delvery avenue

I presume Scraggs is trying to cut down on handling, split straight into vented barrow bag, leave to dry, next stop customer!

I'd imagine they would be a bit of a pain to fill from a processor though.

i cut and split to order so wouldnt be handling the wood anymore, hence why im not worried about vented bags. but yes if you wwere storing wood in them you'd want vented for sure.

Thats exactly what i'm trying to do.

I also have a problem with only having a 2.5 ton digger on site and it struggles to lift a 1c/m bag especially hardwood, using 0.5c/m bags is going to cause a problem with fitting them on the truck & trailer so the barrow bags might be the solution, I can make a frame to fit the digger and just lift them straight on.

I now have some on order.
