Anyone know which boots these are and has anyone tried them for climbing ?

I was also looking at the Lá Sportiva GTX mids as they’re Goretex and have the similar grippy sole to the Scarpas
and reasonably priced

I've a pair...quite small fitting, im a 10.5/11 and they come up quite small.

Salewas are Goretex too. Really comfy. I know a lot of lads who had them and rated Salewa highly. Got them and I'm on my second pair. Everyone I've recommended them too seem to rate them as well.

I was put off Salewa by the old version of these, which in my case fell to bits way too quickly. All the hooks snapped off within a couple of months, and they punched holes through the goretex to attach new ones. Not an enormous deal, but it was a shoddy fix for a dear pair of boots.

La sportiva on the other hand, have always been solid for me.

That sucks mate. I'm on my second pair and they've both been great. Guess you must have just been unlucky. Never tried La Sportiva

Are people climbing much with these boots? I have a pair of Asolo creek boots which have disintegrated. How do they compare with the Arbpros?
