Do you know what crane it was?. I know one of the drivers who moved the trains after the kings cross crash......2 libherrr 1000tonners for that.

 

 

The two green coloured cranes pictured are Leibherr (spelling?) 500 tonners.

The two rail cranes pictured are 75 tonners..

 

There is a 1200t crawler crane coming in to lift the engine!

You're absolutley correct I'm affraid...

 

I've spent the whole day on stand-by.

 

Tomorrow I'm to go back, and should be taking a light enginge to clear the track of fallen trees with a view to getting the line re-opened.

 

So were you there to cut any trees that may have been in in the way????
