Both of these mills are designed for milling these size logs!

 

Go for the Panther Cub - we're not biased or nothing ;)

 

  • Bolts more securely to chainsaw rather than pinching the bar
  • Faster height adjustment
  • Better fittings
  • Lo pro bar gives you max cut at width [17"] at best speed

Cons - it's more expensive. But either way we don't have small log mills for weeks.. we have the Panther Cubs in stock.

I was / did make a longer reply but shortn'd it  to....
I was really saying, once you get a taste for milling a 50cc is not big enough.

At this stage I’m just looking to mill a few trunks from trees I’ve felled in my own wood so 17” max is fine - first attempt without a mill was “interesting” ? but can see how this could get addictive ?
