I found this lump of wood in my dad's garage. It's about 1 inc think and 12 to 24 inches wide and some 7 foot long. 

 

Any ideas what it is? I'm wondering if it is Teak as my grandad did a lot of lab benches in the 50s and 60s with it and this could be a left over.
