Picked a couple of lumps up today, tree had been felled to make way for a shed. Maple was mentioned but I’ll leave it to those who may know.

Maple was my first thought looking at the bark and wood colour[emoji1303]

Yeah field maple, even from the way the saw marks are left in the wood.

Well the two guys whom were on site, one was all for sycamore and  the other Maple ?‍♂️
