I was having a doughnut!!!

 

That looks nasty mate. My grandad lost all the fingers on his right hand to the first knuckle in a combine when he was in his 30's and never held him back at all. I'll see if I can get a photo.

 

I hope that you can learn how to overcome it mate.

How is he doing tom???I used to be amazed by your grandads ability to stoke his pipe with his stumps!

 

My old mans finger looks some thing simular but a bit lower after a log splitter claimed it! didnt take him long to get over it i think the cold will get it for a few years though but he is not complaining any more.

Ha ha!! It's pretty impressive isn't it!! He's doing alright. Saw him over Christmas and he's in good spirits!! He always seems to just take everything in his stride!!! Hope I'm as chilled out as he is when I get to that age!! ha ha!!! I'll pass on your hello!!!

 

How's your Dad getting on?
