spyware search and destroy can be found as a free download this scans you pc then gives you a list of and spyware that has been put on the system

it was recommended by a mate of mine who looks after Cambridge university computer system

For those with Norton, scrap it and get eset. if you think you cant notice it, you will when it has gone- faster PC etc etc.....
