you could look at it, what does it cost?

Working backwards, loading and transport to you, say £25

splitting, say £25

Chopping to length £25

loading / unloading from site to yard £25

 

Drying, storing, profit margin to make up 'ready to burn' cost.

 

Then just add up how much processing went on to get what you get. Approx costs, may vary with area,
