Signed up to the forum to glean/steal information about chainsaws.

Mechanic by trade, building a chainsaw for fun (MS261 m-tronic), as I have little money or room for a project car.

Hope I don’t tread on any toes, and forgive me if I do. Been reading posts on running problems mainly and pricing up jobs/how to tackle jobs, but I’ll get round to reading others.

Thanks for having me.

welcome. where ya from?

I’ve settled in Essex, originally from whale bones and Dracula country in the north.

Thank you all so far for the welcomes. I’ll be having some daft questions soon enough [emoji2957].

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
