In 5 minutes time it will be 24 hours since my last smoke. WOOHOO. Look at how healthy and fit I am now. Try and hold me back, I dare you.

:thumbdown:Tidy my garage, just a thin path to get in to the back, gear every where, my work bench has a ton of stuff on it, have to do a balancing act to get at the chain rivet spinner!:confused1:

Is that before work or after work ?

 

during the day, i usually go about 4 ish if i have been working so i am home for 5.30pm. if i am off i go about 9isham. but it all depends on family and what jobs are on, if i have been flat out i dont bother:001_smile:

Have you got the space at home for a gym . I find the punch bag good for de stressing . :001_smile:

no motivation in the house for working out, and the gym i go to is really good, its in a nice location, and costs about 80p a day:001_smile:, there is always an instructor to keep you right, and they must have a couple of million quids worth of kit too:thumbup1:
