Gonna attempt a Ricking Horse. [emoji33]

So pulled some beech and a bit of oak out the stash and passed it over the Bandsaw then my mates planer this evening.

Quite happy how it came up. IMG_5508.jpgIMG_5510.jpgIMG_5513.jpgIMG_5509.jpg

First piece cut out. My workshop bandsaw that I bought 18 months ago and never used snapped the band today. :( need to find a new one. It’s an old machine. Band is 84 1/2” x 1/2” including the teeth. Anyone know where I’d find one?

Anyway, jigsawed this out the 3/4” oak.
