Went to the pub for a few jars, usually get lock-in, but the beer ran out!! BY 11.30pm ffs! Apparently the drey couldnt get there in tie for the new stock to settle or something, great start to Xmas:thumbdown:

sadly it was not tommer , i have the joy of doing any callouts for w.p.d and silvanus over the christmas and new year holiday !!! to be honest im at the outlaws and praying for a big tree to come down onto an 11kv line somewhere lol , you having a good christmas mate ??

I'm a third of the way through the Sloe gin I made a couple of months back.

Something we tried earlier, an inch or so of home made sloe gin in the bottom of a flute of champagne / cava. Very nice, went down well with the inlaws. .:001_smile:

 

 

Been trying it with what's left of the Sloe, very nice Tom, great call.

 

It's like Christmas in a glass, and packs the appropriate yule tide punch :cheers:
