Look for basic tree inspection course

Have you looked at Treelife's website? I know that they run a few each year (and they're really good)

Im just about to start. Lvl 4 with them after everyone i spoke to told me they are the best in the business and also my local tree officer recommended them very highly

Bit above what i'm looking to do!

 

I know they are one of the best in the business, that is well known!

AA do them regularly, check their website.

If you do basic you'll end up needing pti soon enough.

Why not go for pti, you should find it straightforward, if you go with a good trainer. I put off doing it til this year but passed no problem.

Pti is my plan, but short term I have just been offered some survey work for decent money with bti required as a minimum

Regarding Professional indemnity insurance, will your insurance company be happy with BTI? They should be happy with PTI.
