That's an impressive picture but that lump looks very dead and you could probably lift 1 end off ground by hand.

Tracked loaders lift far less than than wheeled, I’m with woody that beech looks well dead and there for light

On their FB page there are other pics, this was just one I pulled off as an example.

Plenty of other images with fresher logs on the catalogue download and FB pages.

The machine has a 200kg lift at 2m height and 450kg with arms lowered.

It is also only 75cm wide.

Can some-one tell me just why do tracked lift less than wheeled?

I’ve never had much success running over tracks on bobcat or kanga less traction and seem to get stuck more than proper tracked machines

If it's punchers he wants to stop solid tyres would be better then over tracks.

On a bobcat it would be like working in an ice rink if there is any moisture about

Yonks ago, Lewis Equipment built the SteerKid, a small wheeled stand on, but with four wheel steering etc, anyone ever come across them?

Yes of coarse, but people where also talking about the little track loaders so i thought these may be of interest also?
