that split ran for about 8ft....absolutely amazing the tree was standing....it was pretty fresh, i'd say no older than 8 weeks....we've had some pretty strong winds during that time too

 

 

Nice bracing. Who needs splices when you've got ratchets!:bowdown:

but who on here would consider a climb dismantle on this one ?

 

I would,but i do very little rigging and would have cut and chucked everything,so no shock loading.

Anyone who knows me will know that im no fan of mewps, but i have to say, this one is one of the best ones i've used without a doubt. although i did get bored by 3, will finish the rest off from rope and harness on tuesday
