I wondered exactly the same thing.  I reckon he's both users and was just making himself look good ?

rumbled...?just that horrible leggy structure...horrible to reduce/climb and all just gets hung up ...anyway nepia youre normally on the money with an ident..

I have no idea to be honest, not from that pic anyway. I'm not sure Gleditsia would have been among my guesses, could be a good call though.
