Hi all,

I've just picked up a S/h Stihl long pole hedge cutter (HL95-2008) and would like to get it going, it needs as a minimum a new fuel tank, I've looked on the internet and can only find OEM parts, as a new tank will cost more than £40 quid. I don't suppose anyone knows of a website that I can get other brand parts from?

Cheers

Would have thought there would be a few dead 4mix engines about, perhaps there would be a good second hand tank assy lying around somewhere.  We unfortunately had a clear out of a lot of our scrap so pretty sure I haven't got one atm.

Just work out how much work will be done by the machine once working and how much money you will make on each outing and £40 will not seem so big a price after all.

It isn't the cost of the part but the value of having a working machine that you can make money with!
