small front mount chipper on Mog 406

This is helpful. Thanks. The mounting of the reverser is very specific. How did you make sure the alignment was spot on?

 

I am worried about a slight misalignment, and causing future problems. What are the catergory 2 specs? I believe my CH140HF is set for both cat 1 & 2 configurations. But, in terms of making the top links mounting bracket off the Schmidt lift, I need to decide the best placement, etc.

 

Any more pics of U900 and reversers would be helpful.

didnt do anything fancy just made sure it was sitting happy before tightening bolts up. im sure you'l find it on net but if your only planning to nount 1 imploment on it then id just make it to fit that rather than having to mod your chipper too. will try get some more pics tomorow

Theres your new U900 SWB. Throw the chipper out front, w/ the over the cab chute to a rear tipper. Does that have at least the front pto? what year? and options? and is it factory? Are there any other pics?

its a U1100 i think. i think its got the drive plate on the gearbox for the front pto but no shaft. it was made by a fabrication company (theres a plate on the door im sure) for lime spreading. heres the only other pics iv got and its under a tarpaulin for winter just now.
